The Urology Group and General Electric (GE) recognized Korean War veterans for their service during “the forgotten war.”
The Urology Group has made a commitment to host veteran recognition events, which include past events for the 70th anniversary of VE Day and the 75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor.
At a luncheon on Friday, July 27, The Urology Group partnered with General Electric (GE) to mark the anniversary of the Korean War Armistice Agreement. GE played an historic part in the development of the F-86 Sabre and jet engines used in Korean War combat.
Nearly 80 Korean War veterans attended, along with their guests.
