Patient Navigators

In today’s world of multiple choices for healthcare treatment options, decisions can become very overwhelming and confusing. Our patient navigators are here to equip you with knowledge so that together, you and your urologist can make the right decisions for your treatment.

We have a dedicated team of highly trained patient navigators who work with your urologist to help guide you through diagnosis and treatment of your condition. Patient navigators are available to:

  • answer questions about medication or other treatments, especially when you are in between office visits.
  • help you find a long-term solution to your current condition.
  • schedule future appoint­ments or testing.
  • direct you to other departments, such as billing, when you have questions.

Throughout your treatment process, we want you to feel comfortable reaching out directly to a patient navigator for assis­tance. Our goal is to improve your satisfaction by making the transition from one treatment to the next as smoothly as possible.
