All work and no play? We don’t think so. When we aren’t treating patients, we like to treat our team members to holiday parties, birthday celebrations and other seasonal festivities. It helps us create a team-oriented culture filled with energetic and enthusiastic people.

Reds Opening Day is always a hit with employees!

So, whether we're dressing up for a Reds or Bengals game, or celebrating the anniversary of Woodstock, we believe a team that enjoys working together builds stronger relationships with our patients. 

We believe in fostering a culture of well-rounded people who not only provide a high level of care at work each day, but also throughout the year in their communities.

More than 70 WWII veterans gathered at our Pearl Harbor commemoration event in 2016.

Each year we host or sponsor numerous fundraisers and community outreach events, and it’s our employees who make these events a success. Our employees donate their time to provide healthcare screenings in underserved communities, tutor elementary school children or hold events to honor local veterans.

Our biggest community event - a 5k for Prostate Cancer – promotes awareness and fundraising for prostate cancer research and involves nearly 100 of our employees each fall.
