Local 12: Rise in Vasectomies before NFL Playoff Games

The popularity of having a vasectomy done before a major sporting event has now moved up in the season to coincide with the NFL Playoff calendar.

Urologists have traditionally filled their schedules during the March basketball tournament season since post-op for men having undergone the procedure calls for a few days of rest on the couch. Now, the trend is shifting up in the timeline to January and February when NFL playoffs take place.
