WCPO – COVID may result in more advanced cancer cases

With men putting off regular screenings during COVID, researchers say it’s likely advanced cancer rates will increase because they went undetected longer. This is especially true for the African American community, where regular screenings was already an issue.

Dr. Gary Kirsh, president of The Urology Group, and Marcus Brooks, prostate cancer survivor, share their concerns with WCPO.
