Dr. Stephen Kappa of Cincinnati’s The Urology Group talks about the fact that a man is more likely to get prostate cancer in his lifetime than his car breaking down this year! We all perform regular maintenance on our cars (oil changes, tire rotation) but why don’t we do the same for our bodies? Black men have a 1 in 6 chance of getting prostate cancer so it’s important to get checked regularly. There are more tools than ever to diagnose early so it’s time for men to reflect on their own health and make prostate exams a regular part of it.
