Grow a mustache. Start a conversation. Make your health a priority.
This November, we’re participating in Movember to raise awareness of men’s health—including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
Mustaches may get the attention, but taking care of yourself is what matters most. Whether you grow one or not, let Movember be your reminder to check in on your health.
Take Action for Your Health
Know your numbers.
Ask your urologist when you should be screened for prostate cancer and what your results mean.
Don’t ignore changes.
Changes in urinary, sexual or testicular health are worth discussing. Don’t let embarrassment keep you from asking questions or seeking care.
Know your family history.
Tell your doctor about cancer in your family. That information can help guide conversations about your risk and when screening should begin.
Speak up.
Your mental health deserves attention, too. Talk openly with your healthcare provider or someone you trust about how you’re feeling.
Your Health Deserves a Place on Your Calendar.
Been putting off an appointment? Have a question you’ve been meaning to ask? Take the next step this Movember.
We’re here to help you talk comfortably about your urologic health and get the care you need.
Talk to your urologist. Make an appointment. Make your health a priority.
