About Melissa Ruter
Melissa joined The Urology Group as its first on-site pharmacist in 2017. In 2025 she transitioned to National Director, Pharmacy, The Specialty Alliance, a role in which she leads pharmacy operations and direction across the enterprise for multiple urology practices.
She attended the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Bachelor of Communications and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees. Melissa then went on to spend 15 years in retail pharmacy before joining our team.
