Statement from The Urology Group Regarding Clermont County Court Proceedings
CINCINNATI, OH (August 6, 2026) — The Urology Group is closely monitoring the legal proceedings following yesterday’s arraignment in Clermont County Court against a former physician practicing at our Clermont County location.
While these criminal allegations must be adjudicated through the judicial process, the nature of the charges presented in court is deeply alarming. Patient safety, dignity, and trust are essential to the physician-patient relationship and the conduct alleged in these court proceedings represents a fundamental breach of that trust.
Our hearts are with the victim and their loved ones. No one should experience abuse, and we are committed to supporting a safe environment while taking appropriate action in response to this matter.
Upon learning of the law enforcement investigation, The Urology Group took immediate action to prohibit Dr. Rousseau from seeing patients, entering any of our care facilities, accessing patient records, or practicing medicine on behalf of our organization.

Because this is an active criminal prosecution, The Urology Group will defer all further inquiries regarding the case and court proceedings to the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office and the physician’s legal counsel.
